A & J Gourmet

Chef Julie Grand always had a passion for cuisine and art, it was this love of creating that led her to pursue a professional education through Culinary School. Two years later she graduated top rank from Le Cordon Bleu Miami. Chef Grand currently works with caterers and private parties around the country as a Personal Chef. With that experience she has grown and specializes in fusion cuisine that includes French,Caribbean, and Asian influences. Merged together with an encouraging artist partner, Alicia Marin, their creative palate came together to create A & J Gourmet. Together we wanted to merge art and fine gourmet design with organic and high quality ingredients. Miami being the wonderful compilation of various ethnicity we encompass unique fusion of flavors for a work of gastronomic art.


A & J Gourmet brings you a unique dining experience. Alicia & Julie have always had a desire for new and unique delectable creations. And with that produce a variety of fresh, new dishes for a romantic dinner or a gathering of many. It is our promise to not only create a menu for you that is unique and delicious, but it is our goal to design your next party/dinner with our artistic touch that will make it an event to remember.

Miami Iron Side was founded by local real estate visionary Ofer Mizrahi. It is a destination created by an assemblage of old deserted commercial buildings in an underserved neighborhood. The complex is self-designed by occupants and has had extensive reforesting, creating a façade of retro architecture. Miami Iron Side was transformed to become a vibrant, creative, and trendy live & work complex. Enclaves of creative and business-focused minds alike have come together and created a neighborhood which encourages organic growth with a sense of community.
