Miami Iron Side was founded by local real estate visionary Ofer Mizrahi. It is a destination created by an assemblage of old deserted commercial buildings in an underserved neighborhood. The complex is self-designed by occupants and has had extensive reforesting, creating a façade of retro architecture. Miami Iron Side was transformed to become a vibrant, creative, and trendy live & work complex.
